We hear you Dallas, and we are adjusting to the new norm. We have made our space peaceful and easy to cruise into. You just drop your mat on the marked spot, take off your mask and enjoy some old school yoga vibes. We have added the step of taking a touchless temperature check for your safety. We are doing everything we can to make our new normal feel good and safe, please swing by and visit us.

In an effort to give you more options to practice, we have set up our studio so you can tune in virtually to selected classes each week. We have put a considerable amount of thought into this set up and think you will appreciate the quality of the feed and getting to practice live with some of your favorite instructors from the comfort of your own home.

WORKSHOPS

We are building a virtual art gallery to create an online art experience. This platform will allow YAM to show one selected piece from some amazing artists. We will also provide links to their website and social media so you can check out all their pieces for sale – let’s support artists when they need it the most. SIX FEET APART

During this time, our talented State Fair Records partners have been producing awesome content from YAM’s studio space. Please check out this new series Six Feet Apart featuring local musicians! You can find clips on our FB + Insta Feed and YAM CAM. And… stay tuned (to your FM station!), as we are working on a drive-in concert coming soon to the Lakeridge Shopping Center.
