E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor

Erin began her college yoga journey to try something new with friends. The main thing she remembers is falling asleep in Savasana! Over the years, her interest in and knowledge of yoga grew until she became a certified teacher in 2011.

After completing her second training in 2014 to become an E-RYT 500, she served as lead teacher for the 200-hour fast track training program. She assisted with the 300-hour weekend training program and managed the studio’s daily operations from which she had graduated. Ultimately, she returned to a corporate “day job” but continues to enjoy teaching and training on evenings and weekends.

Her daily meditation practice is the most essential aspect of yoga to her personally, and she also attends a few asana classes a week.
