I achieved my RYT 200 in 2009. I’ve since received an additional 200 hours of intensive training in Therapeutic and Restorative Yoga. I also hold certifications for Pilates and Cycling. I was a Division I collegiate athlete–Women’s Crew at UNC (Go Heels!).
I am a total geek at heart and a proud science nerd who loves studying nutrition (I spent almost every summer of my childhood attending science camp); I have read The Lord of the Rings nine times (yes, the whole trilogy). I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
