Jenna Clark

Approachable breath-based movement drawing from elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Tibetan Kung Fu.

Background & Influence

My practice originated in my hometown of Ocala, FL going to classes with my mom at the age of 17. I connected with it quickly and deeply. It hasn’t left me since.

In 2012, I discovered American Power Yoga in Dallas through my cousin and fellow instructor Jen Ostman and pursued completion of my certification that same year.

Studying under Kurt Johnsen and accompanying my practice with Tibetan King Fu led by Roger Stainbrook at APY, my style of teaching formulated with a deep respect for breath-based movement.

Since then, I have taught over 1000 classes through the years with a heart for beginners in their yoga journeys.
