A feel good vinyasa flow that interlaces pranayama, alignment and mind body awareness that is accessible to all.
When I graduated from UT in Austin and moved back to Dallas in 2005, I began to notice an increase in my anxiety, fatigue and restless sleep patterns. One of my best friends encouraged me to try yoga and thought that it would be therapeutic and beneficial to my overall health and well-being. After my very first yoga class, I was officially hooked on the ancient practice and the way it made me feel afterward: physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I gravitated toward the self-discipline and mind-body awareness that came along with it. I continued to maintain a daily practice for ten years and then decided to dive deeper by signing up for teacher training. This way, I could share my love and passion for yoga with anyone open to receiving it.
I completed my 200-hr teacher training program through Karmany Yoga in June of 2016 under the guidance of Amy Johnson & Jayme Bushmiaer and have since taught over 1500 classes in the DFW area. In each of my classes, I strive to create an atmosphere where my students feel supported and confident on their mat, no matter what their level of experience may be. I offer a lot of options, modifications, and intensifications, so that every student feels comfortable on their mat.
Whether it is your first time stepping on a yoga mat or your 1,000th time, we are all there to lift each other and raise each other’s vibrations so that we can be the best version of ourselves for our loved ones, family, friends, and community.
Come flow with me!
