Naomi is an E-RYT 200 instructor with nearly 3000 hours of teaching experience, specializing in Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.
Growing up an athlete who spent most of her time outdoors, playing sports, hiking or climbing trees, she has always been fond of movement. While searching for new ways to exercise and manage anxiety, curiosity brought Naomi to yoga. She fell in love with the practice as she began to notice the profound impact that mindfulness, intention, breath work and body awareness started to have on her life.
Yoga inspires Naomi to find more compassion towards herself and others, to breathe through her days, and to always find the light. Her goal as an instructor is to share the light and peace that the practice of Yoga has brought to her with others. Naomi believes that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of financial situation, body shape, or age. While cultivating a nonjudgmental, loving learning environment suitable for growth + healing, Naomi utilizes her creative nature to contrive fun, dynamic classes for students of all levels
