Background & Influence

I have been teaching a wide variety of yoga classes for over 5 years at WeYogis, Northwest Bible Sports Ministry for athletes, as well as at various private retreats.

My training certification comes from world renowned Arizona based teacher trainers, Cheryl Oliver and Julie Boyd.

I like to help students use yoga to create optimum health in body and mind through astanga asana poses, stretching, breathing, and FUN by incorporating additional elements to classes such as blocks, bolsters, essential oils, yoga therapy balls, hands on adjustments to those who want them, and even a singing bowl!
